Bob's career encompasses leadership roles at major healthcare institutions such as Hackensack Meridian Health, Saint Peter's Healthcare System, and Barnabas Health. His accomplishments include:

• Overseeing multi-million dollar capital expansion and construction projects
• Implementing energy-efficiency initiatives resulting in millions of dollars in cost savings
• Securing over $80 million in funding for energy-efficient infrastructure upgrades
• Developing long-term master facility plans and capital infrastructure strategies
• Developing the design and project managing over 16MW of power generation and its supporting infrastructure
• Ensuring regulatory compliance, including serving as a Life Safety Code Surveyor for the Joint Commission
• 2017 PSEG Power Partner of the Year
