Our engineers analyze building energy data from the nation’s most complex and complicated properties. Using our proprietary software, we identify opportunities to improve performance, minimize energy usage and costs, and provide detailed calculations of costs, performance, and payback periods.
Our team of analysts is the backbone of our business, providing essential monthly utility billing/reporting and customer service to both our clients and their tenants.

Our meter readers are our boots on the ground, using our app to record utility usage for customers with manual meter systems. Meter readers set their own schedules, interact regularly with customers, and explore unseen spaces in the urban jungle. Our team members are pragmatic, comfortable working independently, communicative, and enjoy being active. We cover a lot of ground!
