Manhattan-based utiliVisor, an energy plant optimization and tenant submetering company, is pleased to announce that Kathleen Fealy is their new Marketing Director.

I'm excited to be working with people who are passionate about helping others and making a difference in energy efficiency.

Their analysis of real-time data can make buildings more energy-efficient and help facility managers get cleaner, more understandable data.

Fealy will be involved in creating strategies to grow the utiliVisor brand.

Along with a copywriter and designer, content is being created to support utiliVisor's current and future customers.

In addition, utiliVisor is launching its new mobile submetering app that prioritizes submetering issues, streamlines data, and expands the reach of utiliVisor's energy insights.

As a Human Factors International Certified Usability Analyst and a ConversionXL Certified Optimizer, Fealy believes that customer behavior and data inform decisions.

Kathleen has spoken on SEO and usability panels at Search Engine Strategies SES Conferences in San Jose, Chicago, and New York; and at IMC-NY. Her articles have appeared in Search Engine Journal, Visibility, and SES Magazine. She was a regular contributor to Web Marketing Today, where she was also a featured webinar presenter on SEO, usability, and customer conversion.

As past co-chair of the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization, now part of the Digital Analytics Association, she peer-reviewed the SEMPO Institute's SEO online search marketing certification course and helped create a classification for Search professionals in the US Dept. of Labor's O*Net Classification in conjunction with Research Triangle Institute.

Kathleen Fealy began her career as a Corporate Video Producer/Director for companies including New York Life, UPS, and McDonald's. She learned graphic design at KPMG and in their National Marketing Department.

As Marketing Director for utiliVisor, she envisions new directions based on her entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 experiences. utiliVisor, a family-owned and managed company, is growing fast; having a unified message that reflects the company and its people is paramount.

Encouraging management to speak at conferences – virtual and eventually in-person – and participate in webinars is part of our plan.

When I became a part of the utiliVisor team, I knew they'd be fluent in their submetering and energy plant optimization knowledge.

It's their knowledge of the challenges facility managers, portfolio real estate management, and building owners face, and their real-time solutions, especially in these ever-changing times, that I found impressive.
