utiliVisor is Richard's design concept resulting from years of experiencing the inefficient operation of large central chilled water plants and building automation systems and submetering systems. Richard with his development team led by his Chief Technical Officer, David Harroun created a unique tool for analysis of large chiller plants and District cooling systems which analyzes the chiller operation in "real time" and easily allows operators to track and analyze data in 5 minute increments. utiliVisor interfaces into any building automation system and is being utilized as a standard for LEED monitoring and verification.
Richard has developed a building oversight and management team unparalleled in the industry that supervises the efficient operation 47,000 chiller and utility metering points utilizing utiliVisor. His team has experience in the performance of chiller operation, building automation systems, cooling tower operation and pumping systems in addition to being one of the largest utility submetering companies in the tri-state area.
