Built by family. Powered by experts.
Richard Angerame started this company in 1978. His sons Tim, Peter, and Chris—all SUNY Maritime graduates like their father—help lead a team of engineers, analysts, and metering experts who treat every client's building like it's their own.
A family's commitment to doing things right, backed by a team with the talent and tenacity to make it happen—that's what sets us apart.
A culture of service and innovation
We are a family-operated, full-service engineering company with 4+ decades of experience in facilities operations and maintenance. Our principles are based on our education at SUNY Maritime College and our later uniformed service, where respect, loyalty, and long relationships are the norm. (About 25% of our team attended SUNY Maritime and completed maritime service.)

chief executive officer
This job is rewarding because we deal with real accomplishments every day; everything in our business is measured and verified, making all of the work the team does quantifiable. This is very easy to translate to our customers and is shown by the long-standing contracts we have with a banner list of clients.
Increasing the efficiency of utility distribution (tracking in real time) is only part of our service. We also bring new strategies and mindsets to the team on-site from the Operations Center’s knowledge base.
We are focused and driven by our client’s issues no matter how complex – generating money and solutions for our clients.
We generate operating costs savings and revenue from metering systems with minimal out-of-pocket costs, and we sustain the savings over time. We're always finding new opportunities.
